Dr. Kumudu is the Co-Founder of Sri Lanka@100 and Managing Director of Stax Colombo. For 20+ years, worked with SMEs, investment banks, PE funds, donor agencies, government institutions, and large corporates across multiple industries. Prior to Stax, worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff, the professional services arm of Balfour Beatty, in their D.C. office.

Ruwindhu is the Co-Founder of Sri Lanka@100 and Managing Director of Stax Colombo. For 20+ years, has worked at the nexus of technology and business—implementing solutions to harness exponential growth and help businesses transform data into business-critical decision-making aids. Prior to joining Stax, VP and Head of Operations for Virtusa Corporation, a global IT services company.

Rashmi is responsible for running operations of the overall Sri Lanka@100 Platform. She joined Sri Lanka@100 from Stax where she led projects and managed client relationships. Prior to Stax, counts 11+ years of experience at Moody’s Analytics (now Acuity Knowledge Partners) where she led a team of equity research analysts.

Dhanushka manages external relationships between member companies, vendors, and other key stakeholders of the Sri Lanka@100 Platform. Prior to this, counts 20+ years of experience in senior management covering various industries, including serving as COO of Jinasena Group where he served as a board member in 4 companies.

Nilushi provides business advisory to the portfolio companies of the Sri Lanka@100 platform. Prior to this, she counts for 19+ years of experience in Senior Leadership at British American Tobacco – Sri Lanka (Ceylon Tobacco Company). She has covered multiple roles in Supply chain function, including Procurement, New Product Introduction, Integrated Work Management Systems, Operating Model Transformation Project, and Quality.

Taamara provides business advisory to the portfolio companies of the Sri Lanka@100 platform. He counts 13+ years of experience in Wholesale Banking, Investment Advisory, Treasury & Corporate Finance. He headed Payments & Cash Management (PCM) at Sampath Bank prior to working at NDB Investments and MAS Holdings.

Mathanki is responsible for overseeing strategy audits, as well as coordinating events and marketing activities of the platform. Joined Sri Lanka@100 from Stax, where she was a Research Associate. Prior to Stax, worked at The Capital Maharaja Organization Ltd. as a Project Analyst and completed a rotational internship at John Keells Holding PLC.

Druuvi provides business advisory to the portfolio companies as well as overseeing events and marketing & branding activities for the Sri Lanka@100 platform from Stax where he was a Research Associate. Prior to Stax, he worked as an intern at Acuity Knowledge Partners and KPMG.

Seyeda is Senior Editor of the Sri Lanka@100 Newsletter. A Chartered Global Management Accountant and Associate member of CIMA, UK, she has led multiple projects assisting on Business strategy formulation, Process improvement, and Financial analysis. With 10+ years' experience, has worked at multiple organizations including Stax Inc., Moody’s Analytics, and Dilmah.

Shashika is the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Specialist of the platform, managing all aspects of the M&E Framework. Has 7 years of experience in IT and 5+ years' experience in the development sector. Prior to Stax, was Manager, M&E for ’Homes not Houses’ a joint project by the EU, Habitat for Humanity, and World Vision Lanka.

Nadeesha works in the capacity of project administrative coordinator. Prior to Stax, worked as HR and Finance manager at Dilaks Consultants and at a John Keells subsidiary company.
