About Us

Sri Lanka@100 is a private sector-led business development platform that was launched in 2020 to support Sri Lanka’s growth journey. The platform works with mid-market firms to accelerate growth, optimize internal operations, and enhance investor readiness. Sri Lanka@100 is currently funded by the U.S Government's development arm, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and implemented by Stax—a global management consulting firm.

Our Purpose

The overarching purpose of the Sri Lanka@100 platform is to play an impactful role in helping Sri Lanka to become a high-income nation within 100 years of independence (2048).

While our overarching purpose is a long-term vision, our near-term goal is to increase the competitiveness of mid-market companies that are onboarded to the platform and uplift the capacity of mid-market firms that attend our capacity building and outreach events.

Sri Lanka@100 promotes inclusive growth by working with mid-market companies that are based outside the Colombo district and are women-owned or -led.

In the selection process, special emphasis is given to companies that possess these characteristics to ensure more equitable access to the services offered by the platform. Further, through the capacity-building events conducted in secondary cities and rural regions, Sri Lanka@100 provides technical assistance to mid-market firms and SMEs that currently are unable to access or afford these services.
